2. What do these these drum mixer maps control ?
A. Up to 72 individual drum kit instruments (note #27 to note #98):- Volume
- Panorama
- Reverb
- Chorus
- Tuning
- Channel Volume
- Channel Panorama
- Channel Reverb
- Channel Chorus
- Drum kit bank and program numbers
- Activation of 'Drum Mode' for the respective EWS64 part
- An 'All Sound Off' reset switch for this MIDI channel
3. Important notes
- Make sure that the specific MIDI channel is switched to 'Drum Mode', otherwise these mixer maps won't work!
By default, only MIDI channel 10 is switched to Drum Mode.

Only soundsets in EWS64 94b format can include several drum kits simultaneously!
Soundsets in EWS64 TTS format (created via Ed!son 1.9) only offer access to one single drum kit!
This drum kit is always assigned to MIDI channel 10, and you won't need to send any bank or program change MIDI commands to select this drum kit.
Important:
With TTS soundsets you only can use my drum mixer map 'EWS64_Drum10.mix' ~ the other 15 drum mixer maps won't be available !!!
- Up to 16 EWS64 parts can be switched to Drum Mode simultaneously, so you can use several different drum kits
at the same time.
This feature is available only with soundsets in 94b format !
- The names of all instruments (below the note number) match the instruments of the GM standard drum kit of the GSSBK320.94B sound bank. If you use different soundsets, these names will be wrong in most cases.
